Upload Receipt from a PDF on Android Phone

I have just started using Expensify and really like the program. I downloaded the Mobile application and was able to successfully use my camera to upload a receipt.

I did not see that there was any way to upload files from my android phone. Is this just possible at the moment as I have uploaded files from my Home PC.

Any help would be appreciated.
