"Fix Card" option doesn't work for American Express Personal Card

Twice this year, I've changed the password on my AMEX account and broken the connection in Expensify. When I click "Fix Card", I put in my new password and everything seems to work, but when the dialog box closes, I still see the "Fix Card" button and none of the new transactions are imported. I've reloaded the page, tried different browsers, and gone through the "Fix Card" process multiple times. Nothing seems to work. The only fix is to delete the card and add it back. This is an annoying fix because I'm only able to import 30 days of details and lose all my history.

@benschoenfeld, perhaps this conversation would be best over concierge to have a look directly at your account. Would you mind writing in directly to concierge?

Hey @benschoenfeld! If you add the expenses beyond 30 days to a report and close or submit it, they will not disappear, only unreported and open report expenses will be removed upon deletion of the card.

@Matt Cole Thanks for the response. I understand what you are saying, but I'd prefer that the option to fix the connection to the card import just work as intended. Am I doing something wrong or does this button not work as intended?
