I have 4 policies in Expensify. All 4 used to correctly export reports.

in Day to Day
A few weeks ago 1 of them quit exporting and tells me the account type is incorrect. I CANNOT GET ANYONE AT CONSIERGE to get the the help I need to correct the problem. It's like a never ending circle of questions and they NEVER help. Anyone else have this export issue? I made no changes to QBO.

@JoanneT2013 thanks for getting involved in our community, and sorry to hear you're having trouble with exporting reports to QuickBooks Online! Since the nature of this request is going to require some sensitive information (account set up details, etc) I am going to follow up via Concierge.
