Update your American Express US Business Card connection!
Great news -- as part of the ExpensifyApproved! Banks program, we've upgraded our American Express US Business account Card feed connections to provide a more reliable connection for our users! We will be completely removing the old American Express US Business and Personal connections on January 31, 2023.
Please check out the instructions below on how to transition to the new connection.
Note: If you have American Express Commercial Company Cards (@Work accounts), those are still imported via a direct file feed referred to as a GL1025 and no action is required on your end.

- Use these instructions if you are a Domain Admin who has connected your American Express US Business Company Card account and assigned cards to your employees, in Domain Settings.
