Missing receipts

Hello! I am new to Expensify. I am working through expense reports for my team. Several of my team members have lost their receipts before they could upload them. Is there anything within Expensify that would be able to create a receipt? I can create a writable pdf for them to upload but I wanted to start here to see if there was a better solution.
