Employee Error with Netsuite Integration

I've been successful downloading expense reports to Netsuite before, but for some reason now I'm getting this error message now. How do I get around it?

Error creating employee: There is already an employee with external access to this account using that entity name. All employees with external access must have a unique entity name for login purposes.

Hi @RightGuard - welcome to the Community! Hmm, so that error would generally indicate that the current employee has an employee record in NetSuite with the same employee name/ID.

This is likely something you'll need to look at on the NetSuite end - their customer service may be able to assist further. A quick search online provides this answer from the Oracle forums: "All employees with external access must have a unique entity name for login purposes. Go back, change the entity name and resubmit."
