How long should it take to see an emailed receipt in my account?

    Hello @Lmoser, welcome! Your receipts should appear in your account within just a few minutes after you send them to [email protected]

    If you're not seeing them, some things to consider would be:

    • Did you forward the receipt from an email that is listed as the primary or secondary login for your account?
    • Did you adjust the filters on your Expenses page to ensure your receipt is eligible to be listed in your expense view?
