Export Formats- Submit and Final Approve formulas no longer working

Hello, sometime after August 28th the existing formulas we use to generate dates stopped working. I've reviewed the documentation on the Deep Dive document and tried a large amount of different combinations trying to troubleshoot it, but none work.

Does anyone know what the updated formula should now be so this works again?

Hey @Julia , thanks for posting to the Community. Can you please remove the dashes and use M-dd-yy instead? Let me know if that works. Thanks!
