Expensify Sync Manager not Connecting
I recently moved our Quickbooks desktop to a new computer. I moved from a Windows 10 machine to a Windows Server 2019 Standard machine.
The Sync manager worked perfectly on the old Windows 10, but I cannot get it to work on the new Windows Server. I have tried reinstalling QB and Sync Manager multiple times to no avail.
I have tried removing the connection in Expensify and making a new one, but nothing seems to work.
I keep getting the error in the screen shot every time I try to sync.
Anyone have any ideas?
Hi @acaudill - thanks for reaching out! I think the best way to troubleshoot this would be if you connected with Concierge either from the blue chat bubble within your account or by writing to [email protected]
I have been waiting to hear back from them for almost 3 days now so I thought I'd try my luck with the community.
I see that we've escalated your issue and I've left a comment that you've reached out for an update. As soon as there's more information, someone from the team will reach back out to you via Concierge.
We have gotten nowhere with Expensify and this issue since July 2022. All they tell us is that their engineers are working on it.
