Digital Virtual Card discontinued?

Hello

Does anyone else use virtual cards in their company? Our company relies on the virtual card feature to allow new staff to make travel arrangements quickly even if they are waiting on the physical card to ship. I was notified today that "sometime in December 2022" Expensify no longer issues virtual cards. Has anyone else experienced this? Our users have 2FA authentication set up. Concierge says new card holders cannot receive a virtual card and there is no official communication they are offering about the change.

There has been no communication to policy admins. The website and card policy still says that Expensify issues virtual cards, but concierge is saying they do not issue cards.

Has anyone dealt with this?

    For existing admins/users who had a digital card, I recommend contacting concierge@expensify.com or the in-app chat about your particular situation.
