How do we disable the concierge from approving reports before they are submitted. Several employees build reports over a weeks time.
Hello @info_southside, happy to help with this. It sounds like some employees may be using Scheduled Submit at the personal level. To learn more about this check out this article.
Scheduled Submit is a functionality that automatically puts your expenses on a report and submits that report based on the settings you choose. Employees can disable this feature (click the green toggle) or adjust the frequency of submission to one that better suits how often they'd like to submit.

Hi @shift_ken, the ability to enable and control Scheduled Submit is available at the policy level now. You can find it in the policy > Reports section.
If you have Scheduled Submit enabled, it will override whatever Scheduled Submit the employee has set up in their Account Settings. If you have it disabled, your employee will have the choice to use Scheduled Submit if they'd like.
