Serious Issues w Expensify Card

My company has been with Expensify for quite sometime. We have been using the Expensify Card for a year and it has been functioning well until this point.
Our Company Limit is set at $0.00 and our cards are being declined - Embarrassing to say the least. They have been working on this for days and the Concierge has no ability to resolve.
How can I speak to a human being to actually resolve this issue?

I see in your chat with Concierge that it was explained the reason was with your monthly settlement. If you switch to a daily settlement, the money would be settled daily which means you would have funds available. If you need help with this, please continue the conversation with concierge. Thank you!

Sara, your response is incorrect and not accurate. I am talking to my "account rep" and she indicates there is a programing issue. Also, it is completely unacceptable that my Limit would go to zero when the account has 3x the amount necessary for our monthly settlement.
Meanwhile...My team is traveling with no way to use the cards and nobody at Expensify seems concerned or able to correct.
