Why remove the ability to drag and drop an image into a receipt?

For more than 4 years I have been able to drag and drop a screenshot from my desktop into an expense transaction. Just recently within the last week or two that ability has been removed.
Why?
Please bring it back. It was a huge part of why I like using this system. It has now double the amount of time it takes for me to work. Such a disappointment.

@Lauria Drag & Drop should still be available. If you are encountering issues with this feature, could you please reach out to our Concierge team?

@Corinne Ofstad I did reach out to Concierge first and that is who told me that it should not be done that way.

Hi there!

Are you attempting to attach your receipt by dragging and dropping it to the transaction? I ask because this does not work for attaching receipts. To attach a receipt you will need to select the option to Upload from Computer and attach the receipt using that!

Hi @Lauria - apologies for the confusion on our side. I would definitely suggest continuing to work with Concierge because it is easier to troubleshoot there than here in the Community. The drag & drop feature should work, but it might be affected by the specific browser (and version) you are using, the exact steps you are taking, etc. But it would be great to get to the bottom of this with you if you're able to continue the conversation with Concierge. Thanks!
