Multiple Auditors for Final Approval
Hello,
Hoping someone on here might have a solution for us. We have a policy to audit 100% of submitted reports by our AP team. We currently have the advanced workflow setup, and have it setup that everyone "approves to" a specific member of our AP team. We want it to be that instead of it being stuck with a single user, anyone with the auditor role be able to final approve. Is that possible? We don't want to give policy admin functionality due to SoD risks beyond that. I can't seem to figure out any way to accomplish this. Has anyone overcome such a situation?

@dgenkin did you get an answer on this / or sort out how to accomplish? Currently implementing NetSuite and Expensify and have the same conditions

@flynnjay, we didn't get an answer, but we did come up with a solution that works for us. We assign one of our auditors to every user we have as a next level approver. Then that person creates a "co-pilot" to the other auditors allowing them to audit essentially on their behalf. The history tracks who completes the audit, so that's how we resolve the tracking process. Beyond that we weren't able to come up with a better solution.
