email receipt problem

All of a sudden, my primary email, which is where all my bills go, will not upload to Expensify. I haven't changed anything on my profile who used to work fine. I need it for receipts I can't scan into Expensify. I send them from my email software, and they never go into Expensify. It's like they vanish between here and there.
What should I try?
