Missing scans and emailed receipts

In the month of March I am missing many receipts I scanned and some I emailed. Luckily the emails I still have and have been able to resend and they have gone through but the scanned ones I have thrown away the receipts.

The scanned ones were I believe all done with while in rapid fire mode.

Did Expensify have a glitch this month?

odd that so many didn’t make it through.

any suggestions on how to recover these?
