Trying to verify new banking details and my account closed?! What happened?

Hi There,
I was trying to add new banking details for our company's Expensify account, I not only submitted document after document that was asked but then received no response back for over a week. Now apparently my account has been closed but I'm still able to log in?! I'm very confused and I'd just like to update my company's banking details. Can someone please assist?
