How to program Trigger/Events upon Report Approval?

Hi Team,

I intend to integrate Expensify into my web application. For that, I have read the entire documentation here https://integrations.expensify.com/Integration-Server/doc/#introduction. This explains details related to API integration, while I am looking for documentation related to Triggers/Events, that how can I program my application to fire events in case any report gets approved? So more like PUSH based notifications, as follows

So 

Trigger -> Report Approved in the source system

Events- > Fire Event to the destination system 

Can anyone helped me here with right documentation link Or guide me how to do it?
