Active users in multiple policies and inactive approvers

Are approvers who have approved claims in the month charged as active when they haven't actually submitted any expenses?
And when one user in a company is active in multiple policies for the same company, are they charged as active once for the month or per policy per month?

Hello @Flourish, hope you're doing well.
An approver would be seen as an active user in regard to monthly billing. The rule of thumb is an active user is any policy member who has chatted, created, edited, submitted, approved, reimbursed, or exported expense data on your company policy in a given month.
An employee can be an active member of multiple company policies as long as the policies share the same billing owner. (Below)
I hope this helps!

does this mean that if an individual has not used their account for a given month then there is no charge for that person?
