So where is Sync Manager

this conversion is horrible...why not just say assume that Sync Manager is downloaded since you clearly went out of your way to make it difficult to find. We use cloud9 and when I clicked on them it says to contact cloud9 to have them download sync manager...cloud9 is asking me where it is.....TERRIBLE PLANNING EXPENSIFY!!!
