Can I set up expense rules for my employees?

How can an Admin set up Expense Rules for all users at the same time?

Hi @MarkS thanks for joining and posting to the Community. At this time it's only possible to set up Expense Rules individually in each employee's account.
We do have an Idea post tracking customer support for this feature that you can vote for here. If you can share your use case and upvote the Idea we can make a stronger case to add the feature in the future!

@MarkS, this is an idea that I've been hoping for for a while now. My work around for this is that I just ad myself as a Copilot to all of my users when I create their account. I also go through and give them a couple rules after a month or two. Not ideal, but something that works.

@Sheena Trepanier Once we have co-pilot access, say we have 50 expense rules, is there a way to upload them in bulk?
Machine Learning, let's scale this thing.

I see you already voted for the Idea post, so thank you for that. I'll keep monitoring it and tracking as more use cases are shared.
Thanks!
