Does Expensify support FairFx company debit card?

SuitingSuiting Posts: 1Expensify Customer

Hi, we have several company prepay debit cards, including FairFx, Transferwise and Lloyds. Those card can be used by some employees directly, so when they upload the expense report, they should tick it as non-reimbursable. However, in the current setting, all the non-reimbursable expenses are just linked to one bank account in Xero. We want to assign them to the related different bank accounts we mentioned above. Does Expensify supports these accounts?

Hi @Suiting, thanks for asking this question. The best way to know if a connection is supported is by searching for your bank login URL in the connection window. (Below)

It doesn't look like we support a direct connection with any of the card programs you mentioned though, which is a bummer.

An option in the future for uploading unsupported company cards will be a direct file import in Domain Control. We're getting close to releasing this feature and we're sharing updates in the Idea thread that prompted the feature addition, here.

Once this feature is released you'll be able to import expenses via a spreadsheet and assign them to the cardholders in Expensify!
