Is it possible to make bulk edits to the policy member list (people table)?

We want to add additional control so that 'If Report Total is Over' £x then an additional approver is required. We can amend this for each individual one-by-one however is their functionality to use the Import from Spreadsheet?? Any guides or tips?

    Hi @charlotte_cockburn, great question! You can set up the "If report total is over" rules using the spreadsheet upload method.

    First, you can download a copy of the existing member list or a blank one from the Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > People > Policy Members page. (below)

    In the resulting spreadsheet, you can enter your approval limits in the last two columns. Below is another example in red.

    After you've updated your workflow, you can head back to the same page to use the "Import from spreadsheet" button to update the people table.
