Why was browser access removed from iPad and you are forced to use the app?
The app does not have (or I can't find) the same functionality as logging in from the browser. You can't sort a report by custom tags. You can't download the PDF via the app. These are things I've always done on my iPad via browser. Since Expensify has made it mandatory that the app be used from the iPad, these features are lost to me. Any ideas on how to do this from the iPad app?
Also, how do you edit your customized Tags? Used to be an easy process, now I can't find how to do it.
thanks!!

Hi @David11917! I use the Chrome browser on my iPad and when you get to the page that says to switch to the mobile app, if you click the three dot icon in the upper right corner, you can select to request the desktop site instead.
I didn't see a way to do this from the Safari browser.

Unfortunately I don't have an ipad anymore, so I can't test this fix.
With my iphone, when I'm in safari I can access the desktop site by touching and holding the refresh button at the top right of the browser page, and then it gives me the option to request the desktop site.
Hope this fix can possibly work for you. I know I'd be way less productive without it if I were confined to only the mobile app when I'm not at my computer.

Thanks @Julia! I've only had an iPad for two days so I didn't know that. It does still work.
