We’re excited to announce that you can now import your Stripe corporate cards into Expensify using our brand new direct connection! The launch is part of the ExpensifyApproved! Banks program, which uses a new API to provide a smooth import process and reliable connection for our users.

 The instructions below apply to:

Companies importing their Stripe cards to Expensify via Domains.

 Company Card Import

On the Expensify website a Domain Admin can navigate to Settings > Domains > Company Cards > Import Card/Bank and choose the Stripe Corporate Cards connection.

You will find instructions to enable the card integration in Stripe:

When you enable the integration in Stripe, Expensify will add the bank feed to your account.

There are a couple of things to keep in mind after you enable the connection in Stripe:

  • The effect is not immediate in your Expensify account, and you will need to wait for Expensify to set up the card feed in your account. It might take 1 to 2 business days for the bank feed to be added to your account.
  • When Expensify enables the card feed, and you have recent activity in the cards, you will be able to assign the cards to users in Domains and transactions will automatically import to users’ accounts.
