The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. Not all expenses show up when trying to merge

Hello

I'm new to Expensify and am trying to merge two expenses( one is a credit card transaction and a receipt was added later, so i'm trying to merge the credit expense to the receipt), when i click the merge button and adjust To and From, not all expenses show up. I'm quite confused and would appreciate some help!

    Hi @yenn0723, good question here! The first thing to look for is to confirm if either of the expenses you're trying to merge are on submitted reports. You'll only be able to merge expenses that haven't been submitted yet.

    If both expenses are in the Unreported or Open state, please let me know the merchant, date and amount so I can take a closer look.
