How to stop export reports from automatically closing

How do I adjust the system so that no expense report automatically closes, and are only closed when I manually close them? I have Scheduled Submit disabled, but reports continue to be closed automatically and reports submitted.

    Hi @JSims! Can you verify that scheduled submit is disabled at both the policy level and individual level?

    Scheduled Submit can be configured as an Individual setting or defined by an admin as a group policy setting . Individual Scheduled Submit is found under Settings > Policies > Individual > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit Policy settings are found (if you are a Policy Admin) under Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit Please note that if Scheduled Submit is disabled for the Group policy, individual users can enable it in their Individual policy.
