how do i add credits to my report?

I have a insurance claim on my house and I'm using Expensify to turn in receipts to my insurance. Some of my receipts have credits.(returns) How can I take a submit these? all returns are on separate receipts.

Hi @TroyStrass the process is the same. The only difference is that the credited expense (return) will show as a negative amount instead of a positive amount. An expensify report can contain both credit and debit expenses and the Total report amount will be the sum of all the debits less all the credits.

I recommend SmartScanning the receipt and changing the Total on the receipt to a negative amount.
The amount you were refunded, and need to account for, will be subtracted from the reimbursable total of the report.Please let me know if you have any questions!
