Purchase then refund with expensify card

We made an online purchase using the expensify card which is attached to company checking account. Money for purchase was deducted from the chk acct. We got a refund for the purchase and the refund does not show up in our checking account. What has expensify done with the refund?

    Hi Darlene! Welcome to the community! I'd be happy to help with this inquiry.

    When an item is purchased and returned on the Expensify Card, you will see that the return or refund will be netted against future purchases. You will see the refund in the Expensify Card Statement which can be found by going to Settings > Domains > [Domain Name] > Company Cards > Reconciliation tab > Reconciliation: Settlements.
