How do I apply a different policy to an existing report?


Report is there with all the expenses but its got the personal policy applied. i need apply the company policy on all the expense in the report can i do that as a user or a copilot?

    Hi @evaadmin and welcome to the Community!

    As a user or co-pilot you can absolutely move a report from one policy to another.

    First, the report will need to be in an Open status. Click into any report either from your Inbox or your Reports tab and use the dropdown in the top right corner to change the policy:
