Finanical Force FFA User requirements, API Only user?

Can the FinancialForce FFA (Salesforce) user in be set up as an API Only user? I know the user must have the "Modify All Data" System Permissions, but does it need to be a user that can be logged into with a username and password into Salesforce/FinancialForce FFA?

If not, it would be far more secure to give the user an API Only profile.

    Hey @Tsmith! The user that you create in order to connect your Expensify policy to Financial Force FFA does need to be an actual user with a password and username that can be used to login to Financial Force. You need to enter this username and password when going through the steps to connect the policy, so there isn't a way to do this with an API only user, I'm sorry to say.
