I just wanted to say I really really appreciate what y'all are doing to help us during this awful time! And y'all if your status is "processing" that's a good sign! Can you imagine just how many submissions they've had?? It's going to take a few days extra to get you your reimbursement, but I'm sure if you've done EVERYTHING just like they've asked, YOU WILL GET REIMBURSED!! It said most of the times it'll be the next day, but because so many have submitted their receipts it's taking them longer. I am just thankful that I even found out about this!! $50 at a time like this is definitely going to help my family & I☺️💜 Thank y'all again!!

I'm on day 4 of quarantine as well as other household members. It's extremely hard to get anyone to help with anything like grocery shopping trips. I really hope this works for me and my family.

I recently sent in a reimbursement for the SNAP. I’ve been told it’s going to take a while because of how many people have been doing it, but exactly how long? A week? Maybe longer? Especially to get it approved. Would love an answer thank you.

Unfortunately, we're not able to give an ETA on an exact timeframe for when you'll receive your reimbursement - please note that we're receiving a lot of requests and our team are approving and processing these reimbursements as fast as they can. If your Report has been submitted under the Hunger Policy and is in the Processing state, you should be fine, so please bear with us. Thanks for your patience!

Hello,
I submitted my reimbursement request on 3/19/2020. It currently shows processing. Would any staff be able to check to see if it was done correctly? I don't mind waiting so long as I submitted an acceptable request.

We're working through a pretty big backlog of submissions so we appreciate your patience while we get to yours.
If there is any issues with your submission, we will contact you to let you know what needs fixing. In the meantime, you can take a look at this earlier post to confirm you followed the steps correctly.

Can anyone that has been approved please let us know approximately how long you were in the processing phase? Not when you submitted it but from the point it went into processing until you got the reimbursement? Thanks y'all!

I’m starting to think this is truly a scam and a lot of struggling parents like myself can’t afford to be bamboozled if this isn’t true as far as refunds.

Hi i somehow started a individual account. I cant get on webpage rather than the app to switch it. Im really confused, i submitted my receipt for hunger reimbursement its processing so im hoping i did that ok. Thank you for your help

I see that your reports are still being processed. We will endeavour to get the reimbursements out to you as soon as possible but as you can imagine, there has been huge uptake with this, and our team is only small so we are doing our best to work through these as quickly as we can.

It's been a week. Still processing. How long does it take really? Other got it in 2 days. As I sit and wait on processing a week now.

I get that. Some got after 4 days who filed on monday I filed on 20th and still waiting. I could use for my family who are out of work still waiting from un employment. Kids need diapers and wipes.

same here ... 20th... I appreciate the sentiment, but no results as of today.
Are all of the approvals being done by one person who's verifying each individual receipt with the store where it was purchased, and then with EBT? Has the money run low ? Or out?
I'm not trying to be ungrateful. Just wondering what is happening.
I do want to thank the Expensify team for what has been accomplished so far. I'm sure those families appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

Hi everyone I myself and my household are starting to feel the weight of this whole coronavirus bear down on us. I think the team here at expensive are all a true blessing for even thinking about doing this for people who are struggling. As I read through these post it's a shame how ungrateful most of you are acting . I'm sure if we did not submit our forms the right way they will reach out and try to help....Thank you to the team at Expensify for your help and huge hearts.

@Zany Renney i do appreciate what you guys are doing it is really nice and helpful. It’s just frustrating and upsetting to see people who have submitted reports after you get funded before you. I told my mother in law about it days after I did it and she had her $50 in two days. I see other people in the comments saying how they got theirs almost instantly after submitting. It’s a rough time and being out of work with a child with medical needs is hard. I just wish it all really went in the order they were received.

I submitted my documentation on March 17th and it has been "processing" since then, which makes it 11 days now. I have verified with Congierge that everything is in order and that there aren't any pending "issues" with my paperwork. Has anyone else been waiting this long? It's now the weekend so I would assume it's not happening in the next few days, so..........

Can my account be checked? I know its processing but it's been ten days and you do not go in order as you have stated. Several people in this feed have stated when they submitted and when they recieved the money. If we could get some type of information on what's going on other then what you keep telling everyone we would all be grateful to know what's happening. A lot of us submitted our paperwork to you in Hope's of the money being processed as you stated it would, within a week at the longest was what I read, and we need things that we planned on using this money to get. Yes I'm grateful for the help when it comes, if it comes. Like myself, I spent extra money on food because I thought this would have been approved already and the extra money I spent was supposed to be for my baby's needs. Now I have no money and no way to get her things. I feel let down in myself for relying upon your company to keep its word on the time frame and now I don't have what I need for my daughter. I hope I can borrow money from someone or I don't what I'll do. Please can you give us some type information other than the general statement you have been. Again I am truly appreciative of the offer but disheartened by the results thus far. Thanks expensify for the initial doing the good samaritan thing and I hope this all works out for everyone that has applied for the reimbursement because God knows we need it during this uncertain time.

@TiffanyN took the words right out of my mouth! It’s a really nice thing that they’re doing but, its unfair that people are just being picked by random to be reimbursed. I did mine 8 days ago and got nothing. My mother in law did hers two days after mine and had her reimbursement two days later. I can understand being backed up but get to those who have been waiting.

I've been waiting patiently since I've corrected my report and just wondering how long it takes to be approved when it says processing? I'm getting very low on healthy snacks for my grandchildren that I am raising. Thank you for everything you do.

I am using my smart phone to do the receipt and it did not show on my screen what is shown above on How to do it....I believe I incorrectly entered my receipt.....how can I fix this?

If there's anybody if they expect expensify Community they can help me please I got a message from the concierge and it said that my receipt didn't look right I try to do the best I can it was kind of messed up you know but I just only one that we had left if anybody can check it and see if it's really that bad I really like to know please I appreciate that
