I’m still processing and don’t think it will ever get approved at this point because I’ve seen others submit theirs after I did and already got their money.
I'm pretty sure I did all the following steps correct:( I'm currently out of work due to the pandemic and before all this my snap benefits are cut in half because I was working now I'm not. It's a heart ache because I didn't ask for this nobody did. I have 3 kids to feed. Their birthdays are March and April and with food and other expenses it would be hard to make ends meat. This 50$ could help my children out a great bit. Thank you !

If this got messed up now a bunch of folks that came way after me will now be in front of me? I tried to resend it and won't allow me. It says it's a duplicate. Can someone please help!! Please help :/ I also cannot see a “class” section in my expenses nor a category description that fits the one you want listed.

Hi everyone! We are working through them as fast as we can. We have a lot of reports to get through, as I'm sure you can imagine.
If you want our support team to check your report looks ok, or you are having technical issues, please email [email protected] and ask there - we can't use this Community forum for this purpose as there is often a lot of back and forth.
If your report says Processing in blue, it is highly likely you have done it right!! 😀

@kwilbanks@Leslee if your report says Closed in grey, it's not on the Expensify.org/Hunger policy, so it has not come to us. I recommend you email Concierge for next steps.
@Princess please email Concierge asap. Sounds like you may have added a billing card and signed up for something. We can tell you how to cancel stuff, refund you and wipe your card out of your account so it won't happen again!
@Pbarnard10 sounds like we just have not approved your join request yet, so please do sit tight!

For everyone who believes they submitted their report before others who have already been paid, my apologies if this is indeed the case. We are reviewing the way that we do the approvals to ensure the ordering is correct. It may also be that some people manually submitted their reports (using the Submit button), which may have given them a 12-24 hour head start, whereas those whose reports submitted automatically all went through at the end of the business day.
We do have a reasonably small team (not the giant corporation you might expect) and are doing our 'day jobs' as well as approving your reports, so my apologies for any wait. Please don't factor your $50 into your household budget until it is in your bank account!!

Hello I signed up and submitted my snap receipt and at first it said the amount was to much so I resent it with the adjusted amount of $50 and also other ebt receipts and they have been processing since the 20th. I know there is a lot of people doing this and you are very busy I was just curious if I did something wrong

@Victoria O'leary yes you did reply about my refund but I'm waiting to see if I'm going to get approved to join the Expensify.org/hunger policy I submitted a request a couple days ago.. This is actually to much to have to go through I have 6 kids and could definitely use it but its not this serious I've been going back and forth with people since 3am I'm over it... Y'all stay safe out there
Can someone please let me know how to properly submit my expense receipt. I spent hours trying to figure it out. I didn't have the "class" option, so I was the only person I could submit the expense to. After that it closed...PLEASE HELP!

Hi @Princess! I just added you to our Expensify.org/hunger group policy. I totally understand you've spent a lot of time already working on submitting a report to us but if you're almost there, if you want to continue.
When you have a moment, will each of you please sign-in to your account on a web app at www.expensify.com.
1) Then please go to the Reports page and click on that Closed report.
2) Click Undo Close at the top of the page.
3) Once the Report is Open (not closed) you'll want to click on the policy drop-down on the right side of the page and move the report to Expensify.org/hunger policy.
Here's a screenshot with what this will look like:
4) Click Submit to submit the report to the Expensify.org/hunger group policy.
5) We'll review the report and follow up with you!
You’re working on submits from the 21st but mine was done on the 20th and still nothing. I submitted mine the 20th then did my mother in laws two days later and she had her money a day or two after that. So it’s definitely not just hear-say, I saw it myself. It’s really frustrating.
