Hi I feel as though I have to renew our CC link about every two weeks, is there something I need to do on my end so that they link stays active?

Hi @justinsteinhart , thanks for reaching out! Are you using the master login credentials that contain all the cards when assigning cards? The connection only supports a single login at a time, and using any others may cause disconnections. You can read more about this here.
