Expensify.org/hunger SNAP campaign status

The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that has been submitted per our instructions.

We're no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. Additionally, as of July 1, 2020, we will no longer accept new report submissions from existing policy members. Thanks for your understanding!

When importing card, why doesn't the card's number initial digits match my card but last 4 does?

I am importing a credit card. The option that is given has the correct last 4 digits of my credit card. However, the first digits shown do not match my card. What could be the issue?

    Hi @Rich_7

From what I can see, both the company cards linked to your account are importing transactions. Do those transactions match those on your statement? If so then the numbers are probably not relevant and it just be something in the way we map the data from your bank. If the expenses are not correct then I'd suggest contacting [email protected] and sharing some examples so we can investigate further for you.
