Hi! When I tried to merge my accounts it gave me this error. I notices both Domains are active. that is why i can merge the two email. Let me know to make one domain inactive.

Hi @wilsonasante! You can make one of your domains inactive by doing the following:
- Removing all other Domain Admins except yourself
- Click [Reset Domain], which can be found by navigating to Settings > Domains
