Hi Team,

we want to retrieve expense report ID - 59962137 for [username].

It got removed from expensify.

User ID - [email]

This account was closed but we now want to process above expense.

This was under processing status.

    Hi @JusToursUSA_AP01, thanks for reaching out. I see you've already received a response from Concierge but I wanted to follow up here in case it helps another customer with the same question.

    When an account is closed, reports that are in the Open and Processing state are removed, in addition to unreported expenses. Only reports that have been Approved, Reimbursed, and Closed are kept intact.
