What happens to open reports when switching to multi level tags?

I am trying to switch our settings to multi level tags and have the csv file ready to import. However, we do have open and processing reports with these tags associated. Will it remove the tags from previous reports and/ or those in process?

@CindyR I would recommend finalizing anything outstanding before adjusting your coding options, especially if you're adding or removing tag levels, otherwise they will likely need to be recoded..
