Is it possible to import historical data without having to import the expenses and re-tag and approve them all over again?

    Hey @nhoffman94_tob !

If you have your credit card directly connected to Expensify, we can typically pull in the last 30-90 days of data (depending on the specific bank). If your data is outside that range, you'll need to rely on the import via spreadsheet method.

When you import expenses via spreadsheet, you can also assign categories and tags. Just be sure that your spreadsheet contains a column for those data points and that the related cells have viable entries matching your policy settings.

If your company has a CDF, VCF, or GL1025 feed, we can pull data all the way back to the Feed Start Date or any older data so long as the bank sends us the necessary files first.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have more questions.

@Karisa Latta Thanks! Is there a csv template I can use to import the expenses?
