US Bank Credit Card

We are changing credit card providers and the one we are most likely going to pick is from US Bank. Does Expensify work with US Bank? Our current credit card is from Capital One, and that one was easily connected to Expensify, so I want to make sure the US Bank one would work too. Is there a place were I can look a list of all the banks that work with Expensify?

@AmyS - Hi there! Expensify does not offer a direct connection with US Bank. If you migrate over to US Bank, you would need to import these cards via manual upload. Here's a Community post that goes over that in more detail.
Here's a list of all of the approved banks that Expensify partners with. These banks offer the most stable direct connections available!

When can we expect Expensify to implement support for US Bank? It's surprising to see a top 5 bank (and one of the top small business banks) not supported, especially when you support many far smaller banks. Why not work with Plaid or another intermediary to get support for a larger number of banks?

Thanks for reaching out @johntraynor - we don't have a specific timeframe when we will be able to offer a direct connection with US Bank. There are a lot of factors that come into creating a direct connection, including communication with that bank's engineers to help us create an API which can take some time.
However, we have a lot of US Bank users who have connected commercial card feeds to import company credit card expenses. If you're looking to connect US Bank company cards to Expensify, I recommend reaching out to your US Bank contact to see if your company is eligible for a company card feed.
Company card feeds are connected based on the card type. We have more information on connecting each type below:
