Hi @3609011825 can you elaborate a little about your problem? Sounds like it's more difficult than just downloading the app again?
As this is a public forum, if you need to include sensitive info like emails etc I recommend you email concierge@expensify.com instead.

I have used Expensify before.
Why do I do not need to sign up again?
I need to use my iPhone like I use to do. Using my computer is not an option.

Hi @3609011825 I'm really not understanding the issue you are having. Can you please email concierge@expensify.com and outline:
- The email address you use (or used in past) with your Expensify account?
- What trouble you are having logging into the Expensify app?
- What steps have you tried already to reset your password and log in?
This way we can make sure that account is still active and potentially look at logs to see what's happening.
