Update bundle version in NetSuite
Hi,
I wanted to know how to update the bundle version in NetSuite?
And in addition, how can I change the user that is being used to create all record in NetSuite?

Hi @Micha_Brief - a NetSuite admin can update the bundle in NetSuite from the Installed Bundles page (this can be found through a Global Search in NetSuite) by choosing “Update” for the Expensify Connect bundle.
Could you clarify what you mean by changing the user? Generally, a full-access Admin role should be sufficient for NetSuite.

Hi @Jason Li thanks for your answer!
Is there anything I should know before I update the bundle on NetSuite? What can it potentially affect?
I currently use a finance user and I want to change it to be an integration user.
Will the Expensify role be sufficient for NetSuite if I don't want to grant access for admin permissions?

@Micha_Brief Hey! Updating the bundle typically has no strange affects, no. And yes, absolutely you can set up the Token with the Expensify Integration role.
You will need to be signed-in using an account with the Administrator role to set this all up, but the token itself just needs to be associated with a user and the Expensify Integration role

Hi @srizkm ,
Here is the release note for the 1.9.2 Bundle:
1.9.2 (2020-11-13): Gave Write access to Employees and Vendors, so that Expensify can create Vendors and Employees on export without users having to go in and manually modify their "Expensify Ingration" role

Are there any additional Release Notes? How about for 1.9.1?

Hi again @srizkm,
Those are the only release notes for the bundle you requested (1.9.2).
Here is the release note for the 1.9.1 Bundle:
1.9.1 (2020-11-10): Gave Read/Write access to Pay Bills, Read/Write access to Custom Record Types and Read access to Custom Segments in the "Expensify Integration" role (customrole1073).

What other versions are there from 1.8 to 1.9.2? I am looking for all the Release Notes for this so that we can include it in our SOX review before we upgrade.

@srizkm Ah gotcha - after 1.8 there were only two releases. If you you needed release notes for all 3 bundles (1.8, 1.9.1 and 1.9.2) I've included the last one for you below:
1.8 (2020-08-20): Updated to give Read/Write access to Items in the "Expensify Integration" role (customrole1073).

Thanks :) This gives me what I want. Where are these normally posted?
