How are fraudulent charges handled with the Expensify card? Are transactions monitored for fraud, as with a credit card, or does it function more like a debit card?

Every Expensify Card purchase runs through our Rogue Agent Detection system – and against your custom policy rules – to ensure compliance. This means that company resources are protected from fraud both externally and internally.
Cardholders can suspend their card instantly when they detect suspicious activity or lose their card as well!
If you come across fraudulent transactions while using the Expensify Card, just reach out to Concierge and we will work with you on the dispute process!
