How to remove an automated person from CC when submitting expenses

One of the employees has someone else as CC when submitting his expenses.
This person who is CC'd in has now left the company and his account has been closed from expensify but it is still popping up when the individual submits expenses.
How do we remove that email from being CC'd

I recommend having the submitter remove the CC'ed email address here, and it should "stick" in place going forward:
