Receiving an error when I try to sync Expensify with NetSuite

Hi,

I tried to sync the account with NetSuite in order to add all the users, I received the below error message (yesterday it worked and nothing was changed from our side)

There is no reason for the sync failure as you can see.

Does anyone know how to solve this issue?
