I am trying to connect between NetSuite and Expensify. I configured everything exactly as mentioned in the 'How to: Connect your policy to NetSuite' use guide.

After setup everything in Expensify (Account ID, Token ID & Secret ID), I refreshed the connection, but I'm getting an error message that: 'Permissions error encountered when querying NetSuite for Account'.

Under my 'Expensify integration token based' role, I checked the permissions - Lists, and found that I have the accounts view permissions.

What is the issue here? Why I can't connect between Expensify and NetSuite?

Hi @urielp - sorry to hear that you were having issues connecting Expensify to NetSuite! Did you manage to get this resolved? If not, could you try changing the permissions level for "Accounts" to Full (instead of View)?
