Can I set up more approvers for the same employee, between which the employee can choose?

Hello!
I need to set for the same employee two different approvers. These are not extra layers of approvers, but in certain cases, the report needs to be approved by A, in others by B.
Is there a way to let the employee choose between approvers, rather than create another Policy?
Same Employee
Report 1 - Approver A
Report 2 - Approver B

Unfortunately, a report would follow the routing pattern set for the employee in the Policy's approval workflow. There isn't a way for the employee to have a choice between the approval route the report would take.
I'd suggest creating another policy if some reports should be routed in different patterns.
