How to bulk upload notes in the report through API?

Hello,
I would like to upload notes to several reports at once through API. Meaning, at the very bottom of the reports, after the report's history, there is a Notes section. I would like to upload comments to several reports at once using API. However, I do not know if there is any code for the Notes section.

Apologies for the confusion here! Expensify's API is a self-service tool. You can access it with this link: https://integrations.expensify.com/Integration-Server/doc/
I don't believe there is a way to upload comments to several reports at once.
