Hello, I am a NetSuite consultant and my customer would like to integrate their Expensify to their NetSuite account. But they encountered an issue before where the Expensify codes were overwritten when they integrated it with their NetSuite account.

I would just like to know if there is a way to import tax groups from Expensify to NetSuite instead of the auto import from NetSuite to Expensify? If not, are there any workarounds?

Thank you in advance!

If there is Tax in the Policy already, go to that section of the Policy and delete the current Tax options. Next, review the following help doc. Jump to Step 6 to ensure the Tax Groups are set up correctly in NetSuite and then Sync the Expensify Policy to populate them into it. Reach out to Concierge if there are other questions, we are happy to help.
