How do I create expense reports for multiple employers? How do I add mileage by hand (no receipts)
For your mileage expenses, you can create them a few different ways.
On the mobile app, you can create expenses from distance, odometer readings, or via GPS. To use the GPS feature you'll need to enable your Location on your phone.
If you want to create a mileage expense in a web browser, you can definitely do that as well by entering the total miles or using Google maps.

Because each report you create can be tied to a different policy, you should be able to create a report for each company easily. The categories and tags available to apply to expenses, as well as the approval workflow the report will follow, will be controlled by the policy that the report is under.
